In the wee hours of the morning (Wednesday, Nov 27), a Starline Ferry broke loose from the dock and grounded on the shore.  Crews worked to get the boat secured to the dock.  According to the CEO of Starline, the boat was decommissioned without an engine.   Unconfirmed sources say the company was waiting to tow the vessel to a large lift to remove it from the water.
